I don’t normally buy from a front door sales person. But when Jaylen Smith knocked and offered to send a team to inspect my roof for hail damage, I Just had a good feeing about Veteran Bros. When I found out from Jaylen that they employee veterans that operate their business and do the repair work, I was sold. Not only that but their A+ rating with the BBB and numerous positive reviews convinced me I had made the right decision in hiring Veteran Bros to do the work. From the way they handled issues with the insurance company and the professional manner in which they carried out the roof and gutter replacement and the way they left my yard spotless after the work guaranteed why they had the A+ rating. Jaylen and everyone else that I worked with at Veteran Bros get an A+ in my book. ~ Paul M

Veteran Brothers Roofing was absolutely wonderful, and easy to work with. Great team, both in the field and in the office. We contracted with them for an insurance roof repair claim, but then we had several delays...on our part...for various reasons, and they patiently waited for us to get the delays behind us, with no pressure from them. In the end, the roof got replaced (high quality and great job done), and the claim ended up including the roof on a shed and re-painting of the entire shed, and replacement of all the siding on the entire back of the house. All of it done with excellent work from their team and their contractors team. We will highly recommend them, and will definitely go to them first for any future repair or home re-model projects...because they were a top notch company to work with! ~ Patrick D

We had some minor roof damage after a recent storm. We contacted several roofers but no one was interested in such a small job. After seeing positive reviews for Veteran Brothers, we contacted Cameron. He was extremely responsive and sent Daniel out the following day to replace some shingles we had lost. Daniel was very professional and personable. After replacing the shingles that were missing, Daniel suggested we check the rest of the roof. Thank goodness he did because we found another area where a few shingles were missing. I can't recommend Veteran Bros highly enough. They are experienced, careful, professional and fair. VETERAN BRO’S Roofing & Repair did A High Caliber Professional Install on My 2- Story Home and 3 other bldgs They also contracted new window replacement, completely repainted house and barns as well as 4 thousand feet of steel fencing. On top of that, they even cut away tree limbs that posed hazards from future storms. Whatever the job calls for…. Veteran Bro’s can handle it and Do It right. Truly Great Crew and Would Definitely Call them again if needed for any type of restoration/repairs. Honest and Trustworthy. A pleasure to work with. A hail storm took out my roof for the 2nd time in three years. My experience with Veteran Brothers was night and day better than my prior roof replacement. From the start, Joshua was clear about the process and expectations. Daniel took over as project manager, again, good communication about scheduling, contractors, and expectations. I barely had to deal with my insurance company as Veteran Brothers took care of that aspect. They were careful to note and get reimbursements on all damages, including gutters, downspouts, doors, and windows. They were able to fund more than I expected under my insurance. The roof installers and tradesmen were polite and cleaned up carefully. Miguel, in particular, let us know what was going on through the install, and came back and took care of Items afterwards. He is fantastic. I hope I don’t need another roof for a long time, but if I do, I will call Veteran Brothers first. ~ Jon K

Veterans Brothers Roofing recently replaced my roof. They did a great job, were easy to work with, and provided a competitive quotation. The overall experience was excellent. The roof looks great, the workers were efficient and professional, taking care to protect the shrubs around the house and did a thorough, spotless cleanup upon completion, and they did it in the intense Texas summer heat. The experience I received from this company was top notch. The crews worked hard and long to get my roof done quickly. Veteran Brothers supplied me with a personal project manager who was sure to communicate with me all the way through. The best thing I can say, is that when the insurance company denied my claim, Veteran Brothers took over and now I have a roof totally paid for by my insurance. I think that the insurance company was prepared to turn a homeowner away who had no industry knowledge, but when faced with an expert from Veteran Brothers, they had to write the check. I don't want to say Veteran Brothers was perfect but they satisfied my concerns immediately when asked. Its not always about a flawless project, but its how you satisfy your clients concerns. This company does great work. My insurance company denied my claim for one of my rentals, it wasn't even a large job but Veteran Brothers still helped me with the Appraisal arbitration and explained everything in simple detail. All I was charged was the deductible and they made that clear from the start and performed all the work. Total autopilot, less than one hour of time needed from me from the beginning of the claim to the end. Being a homeowner in Texas and in the construction industry means I’ve dealt with my share of roofing companies over the years. Veteran Brothers Roofing has exceeded all expectations and set the bar extremely high for roofing companies. Our insurance company was being difficult but Chris at Veteran Brothers helped tremendously in getting the insurance company to follow thru on their end and get our roof replaced. Everyone we spoke with at Veteran Brothers was always honest, respectful and professional with us during the entire process. The materials used and the crew installing the roof were top notch. The day after installation, I expected to find at least a handful nails but after running my magnet around the house a few times, very meticulously I might add, it didn’t pick a one. That’s a big deal, especially if you have little feet running around your house. I’m impressed with their work. Veteran Brother's Roofing was recommended by a reliable source and I am very happy with their work. The roof had to be replaced on both the house and the storeroom and the sunroom glass needed to be resealed. They completed all of this work in 2 days. Chis and Cameron were excellent at communication and keeping me up to date with whatever was going on before, during, and after the work. They were upfront and honest. Just got a new roof from Veteran Brothers. Jay and Patrick came to me and assure me that they would work with my insurance Allstate and get me a new roof. Allstate already turn down 3 diffents roofing company. But i was surprised that they got me a new roof. Jay and Patrick was professional and great communicated from the start. Answers all of my questions and concerns. They went out of their way to replace some of the boards that has water damage and fix some of the siding that was loose. I have seen and dealt with people on there worst day. The one thing I've come to understand over my experiences, is that often times people are at the mercy of the professional they are dealing with. If that individual does not have your best interest at heart, take his interest over that of his customer, then the customer will certainly lose. This "Was Not" my experience with Veterans Brothers. Just…. Wow. I went through two roofing companies because they would look at our roof and just said it needed to be replaced and to call back when we spoke to our insurance. A neighbor recommended we call Veteran Brothers. Patrick immediately took pictures and submitted his findings to the insurance company which I was sure wouldn’t cover the roof. He was there every step of the way from the beginning. Even coming out when the adjuster got here. Not only did the insurance company pay for the roof on the house but they paid for the roof on 4 other buildings on the property. When it came to installing the new roof the crew was amazing. They were here promptly at 7 and worked all day into the evening. The next day they finished the standard roofing and we just have the metal roof on the shop left. They communicated with me every step of the way including when the guy for the inside ceiling repair would be here.
